Healing Sound Bath with Michele London In-Person
Registration for Great Neck cardholders and residents begins February 27 at 10:00 AM, online, in-person, or via phone. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, as space allows.
Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath experience designed to promote relaxation and inner peace. In this serene setting, attendees will be enveloped in the soothing vibrations of various instruments, including crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls and chimes, creating a harmonious soundscape that encourages deep meditation and stress relief.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats and/or cozy blankets to lie down on the floor allowing for maximum comfort while immersing in the healing sounds.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to sound healing, this event offers a perfect opportunity to unwind and reconnect with yourself. Come and experience the transformative power of sound in this hour long experience.
Michele London is a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Art/Master Teacher, and is also certified in Liquid Reiki Sound Healing, Shamanic Sound Healing & Sound Metaphysics, Master Trance Channel, and Advanced Light Language.
