Make Autumn Apple & Cinnamon Focaccia with Debby's Kitchen In-Person
Apples and honey are eaten as symbols for a sweet new year at Rosh Hashanah. Participants will engage in a hands-on experience of making dough and preparing this sweet recipe. Each student will leave class with a ready-to-bake focaccia and detailed baking instructions.
All supplies included. Please bring an apron, and also a cutting board if desired. A fresh baked focaccia will also be sampled!
Registration for Great Neck cardholders and residents begins August 28 at 10:00 AM online, in-person, or via phone. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, as space allows.
