Evening Hatha Yoga with Sharon Epstein In-Person / Online

Registration for Great Neck cardholders and residents begins October 30 at 9:30 AM, online, in-person, or via phone. Non-residents are welcome as walk-ins, as space allows. 

Classes are held November 20, December 4, 11, 18 & 23*, and January 8. (*Dec. 23 is a Tuesday. No classes Nov. 13 & 27 and Dec 25). Please register once for the whole series.

This is a hybrid series and will take place IN-PERSON at the Main Library and VIRTUALLY on Zoom. Please select which format you plan to attend. All registrants will receive the Zoom link.

Learn yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation techniques to bring balance, equilibrium and good health to your body and mind. Studies have shown that yoga and meditation have remarkable healing effects for those who practice. Open to all levels, this 60-minute class will promote flexibility, strength and balance for your body and mind. 

Sharon Epstein, MS, YACEP, E-RYT-500 has been studying and practicing yoga and meditation for over 30 years. Sharon loves teaching all levels and ages.  She has taught in yoga studios, synagogues, corporate offices, private homes, in hospitals, schools and camps. Including nutrition and lifestyle choices into the scope of her work, she studied to become a certified health coach in 2018. Sharon is a Great Neck resident.
